Adult Individual Counseling
Includes psychological counseling for individuals aged 18 and over. A counseling plan is drawn up according to the individual's symptoms and necessary intervention is made. Sometimes cognitive behavioral approach focusing on the individual's mental processes and maladaptive behaviors following negative emotions, sometimes behavioral-based approach including gradual desensitization and breathing exercises, sometimes psychodynamic approach focusing on the individual's object relations and early childhood past, sometimes existential approach focusing on themes of death, responsibility, freedom, loneliness are used in individual therapies as needed. Individual counseling focuses on problems such as Post-traumatic stress disorder, Panic attacks, Anxieties, Phobias, Grief process, Social phobia, Depression, Obsessive compulsive behaviors.
